Can I start with Keptso Free?+
Yes. Keptso Free includes up to 200 contacts, notes, agenda, a basic business page, QR feedback, and basic loyalty tools.
What does Unlimited mean?+
Unlimited usage is available for normal business use under Keptso’s fair-use policy and internal safeguards that protect service reliability.
Does feedback collection stop after 50 responses?+
No. Public feedback can continue to be collected. The Free plan controls how many responses are available to view each month.
What is included in the yearly price?+
The yearly plan is billed as ₹4,999 once per year. That is equivalent to approximately ₹417 per month and saves ₹989 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?+
Monthly and yearly options are shown in Keptso. Available changes and their timing are confirmed inside the app before you update your subscription.
Can I cancel Pro?+
Subscriptions are managed through the store or provider where they were purchased. Keptso’s terms state that subscriptions renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, subject to that provider’s rules.
Will my data remain if I change plans?+
Your existing data is retained, but access to Pro-only tools and allowances may change. Contact Keptso before downgrading if you need help.
