1. Acceptance of Terms
By using NestContact, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use NestContact only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties.
You must not use NestContact to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorised content; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorised access; or send unwanted or unlawful communications. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions and lawful basis needed to collect, store, contact, reward, or otherwise use information about your contacts and customers.
3. Accounts and Access
If account access is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Some features are available only after Google sign-in or to members of a workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for granting appropriate access and for the actions of people they invite.
4. Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you enter into NestContact and for ensuring you have the right to use and manage that data.
If you operate a business workspace, you are responsible for your public business page, offerings, loyalty programmes, coupons, feedback forms, customer communications, and any information published or collected through them. You must provide any notices, obtain any consents, and honour any requests required by applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
NestContact may offer paid features or subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and available features are displayed before purchase and may vary by platform, country, taxes, and promotional offer. Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are processed by that store and are subject to its terms, billing rules, cancellation process, and refund policies.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the store where it was purchased at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, where required by that store. Deleting the app or your NestContact account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You can restore eligible prior purchases using the restore option in the app.
6. Availability and Service Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, public page, reminder, notification, or cloud-sync operation will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
7. Suspension or Termination
You may stop using NestContact at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the service. Where practical, we will give notice of a material suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
NestContact is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use NestContact after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
