Delete your cloud account
This permanently removes your NestContact authentication account and signs it out on every device. You must sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
What will be deleted
- Your NestContact cloud identity and workspace access.
- Your customer-facing loyalty connection associated with that login email.
- A workspace and its cloud records if you are its only member.
Shared business workspaces
A shared workspace remains available to its other authorised members. If you are its owner, ownership is transferred before your account is removed. Operational records controlled by that business may remain where required for the business or by law.
Authenticated deletion requests are processed immediately. If manual assistance is needed, we aim to complete the request within 30 days. Deleted information may remain in protected backups for up to 30 additional days unless longer retention is required by law.
